Service Coordinator: Are you an experienced engineer who combines thorough experience as an engineer in machine building with good communication and commercial skills? After installation the machine will be maintained by the customer and supported by the VMI Technical Service Support (TSS) team. As you will be part of the TSS team we will work towards the VMI Global service vision: Together with our Customers we ensure that VMI solutions have competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), maximum reliability and consistent high quality.” Responsibilities: • Help create and improve needed tools for our VMS program. • Help create customer database in the VMI Asset Management Software. • By interest from customer in VMS execute an audit to ensure a fitting contract. • Together with Advisor sell and after sold execute VMS Project: o Responsible for briefing from service engineer. o Final reporting of VMS results to customer. o Follow-up with customer to make sure that needed actions take place. o Responsible to make sure customer gets what was promised in VMS contract. • Be responsible for projects relating to moving or upgrading machines. • Together with Advisor and TSS team keep customer satisfied. • Execute classroom and on the job training by using your own created training material, or if available training material created by the VMI Academy. • Help desk: Support where needed our remote service desk to support our customers. • 24/7 helpline: Frequently be available outside office hours for 1st and 2nd line support 24/7 helpline: Frequently be available outside office hours for 1st and 2nd line support (up to a maximum of one (1) week per month). • Be responsible for projects relating to moving or upgrading machines. • When needed and in consultation with Group Leader TSS execute upgrades and service jobs • Give leadership to Service or Training Engineers.
